Contract and deposit agreement

I want you to find the right puppy for you. My goal is for them to be with you forever! Pease do not hesitate  to let me know of concerns. I will let you know of any issues with puppy. Please be ready to invest time and love into the puppy. The better trained and socialized in the first year the better companion they will be to you for life.

Upcoming and new litters will be announced with photos on website and Facebook. Puppy photos will be posted at least weekly.

Puppy selection from predeposit list takes place 2-4 weeks. After that, puppies available to all.

Pricing is based upon eye color, size, quality of parents and type of coat. Merles and blue-eyed tris will be more. Tiny toys will also have higher pricing.

$200 will hold your puppy. We accept a PayPal, Venmo or personal check. If sending check, please use Express or Priority mail with a tracking number for us. 

See link at bottom for a copy to review. Please read as contract is in effect whether or not it is signed. It helps to define what happens if any issues with the either sale or the puppy. 

These $200 deposits can be placed on an upcoming litter or rolled over to a future litter. It is non-refundable but does hold your place on the list for pick of the litter at 3-4 weeks of age. It serves as the deposit for the individual puppy once selected. Current list below.

The outstanding balance must be received when taking possession of the puppy. If sending a check for final payment, it must be sent at least two weeks in advance to allow time to clear in the bank. If a check has not been sent two weeks prior to the pickup day, we will accept cash only for final payment. 

Best if you are able to come get the puppy. Would love to meet you. We can also deliver or meet partway for a fee.  and method lets the puppy travel with minimal exposure to infections and stress. The 2020 fees are $1 per mile one way with an additional $125 if over 300 miles. Air shipping can be done under the right circumstances. Please contact us for details.
